Meeting Manager Module

Either running as a module within the AutoMethod Core system or as a standalone application, the Meeting Manager module is your company's answer to managing all your meeting related requirements.

This centralised enterprise-based server application provides an intuitive, easy to use front end application which sits over a complex database engine that centrally manages your staff's Meetings,  Actions and Minutes. 

Meeting Manager Primary Features

Using this collaborative, centrally managed environment, you will see an immediate reduction in lost or incomplete actions.  This is achieved by the system recording all Minutes and Actions and ensuring they are completed on time and by the right people.

Risks & Issues Modules

Like the Meeting Manager, these two modules allow the user to manage Risks and Issues via a centralised enterprise based solution.

By providing the ability to allocate the management of Risks and Issues to individuals, the project manager can take a holistic view of all project and programme risks and issues.  Using the control panel, the project (or programme) manager can see the current progress of each risk and issue as well as manage, sort, print and report on them.

Web Reporting Pack

The web reporting pack gives the user a more detailed and more available method of viewing Meeting Manager, Risk or Issue data.

Unlike the modules, the web reporting pack does not require a Metastorm BPM licence, making it ideal for providing meeting data to individuals outside your Metastorm (ie. Module) environment.  This can be inside or outside your organisation and include areas such as your PMO for managing/reporting entire programmes or portfolios .

Features include:

  • Web based and can be configured to be accessible outside your office network

  • Fully centralised reporting - no need for collating of spreadsheets or documents

  • Live - know exactly the status of your Meetings, Risks and Issues at that exact time.

  • Filter by: **

    • RAG status, 

    • Meeting Date, Type & Status,

    • Risk or Issue Status

    • Item Type

    • Action or Minute

AutoMethod 'Off the shelf'

If your company is new to Prince 2 or has a very strict Prince 2 implementation, then the 'Off the shelf' version of AutoMethod is for you.

With this version, we provide the 'Core' system along with OGC standard Prince 2 templates, email content  and generic reporting lines.

AutoMethod Custom

As some companies can run a variant of Prince 2, Changing Concepts can provide a custom version of AutoMethod especially designed around your company's Prince 2 methodology.   Please contact our sales team for further information.

As an optional extra, Changing Concepts will soon hopefully be able to provide your company with the entire Prince 2 Manual incorporated into the AutoMethod system.  This will  provide context specific lookup of Prince 2 procedures and process at a click of a button.  So wherever you are in the Prince 2 Process, AutoMethod can provide you with the right information at the right time.
